Do you expect every visitor to speak to the staff at your booth for product information? But, some people may not interact in that manner and you could be missing out on potential customers. For instance, some people may be happy reading through your product literature while some others may prefer listening to your staff. But there can be yet another group who would like to touch and feel the product and form their opinion. Your sales will come from providing information to customers and prospective customers in a manner that they like best.
Check navigation issues
Once you have addressed the ease of finding, the next thing to do is check navigation issues if any. Are you putting an eight-foot table in your 10×10 booth? Put yourself in the shoes of the visitor and you can immediately see that you are occupying nearly every inch of the booth space and visitors have significant difficulty reaching out for the information or touching the product.
Come to think of it, if you have made getting in difficult, getting out would be a challenge too and that would make visitors skip your booth. Most people do not want to peep over another person’s neck to see your product or listen to your staff. Therefore, pay attention to ease of navigation and speak to your event rentals in Toronto for their professional guidance.
Avoid room for staff to retreat
Being on their feet for hours is common for people working in a trade show booth. Most of them will also be talking to the visitors throughout this long duration. Admittedly, this will drain them physically, but having a place within the booth for them to cool their heels is not a great idea. Nevertheless, it is essential for your staff to recharge themselves and be ready for another long round of standing.
Ideally, this recharging should happen outside the booth and not inside. Ideally, your booth staffers should be given breaks to refresh themselves and get right back to what they have been doing. Having your staff couched in a chair and half asleep is the last thing you would want.
