1 egg white

- The first step is to brine the chicken. For this, mix chicken pieces with buttermilk and refrigerate them for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- The next step is to make the coating. For this take a bowl and add 1 cup of breadcrumb, ¼ teaspoon of allspice powder, and ½ cup of red chili powder.
- Break an egg and separate the egg white.
- Separate the chicken from the buttermilk.
- Add seasoning to the chicken.
- For seasoning mix the following spices:
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

- ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon garam masala
- Rub the chicken with the seasoning.
- Pour the egg white into the chicken and add 3 or 4 tablespoons of buttermilk.

- Heat the oil and fry the chicken pieces till golden.
