Solution 1- Rename or delete the QBprint.qbp file

The file is located in C:\ProgramData\Intuit\QuickBooks 20XX(XX is your QB version), and renaming it would be sufficient to fix the issue. Follow the steps below-

2. Add ‘.old’ as an extension to the file name and save the file.
3. Reopen your QuickBooks.
4. Click on Fileand select Printer Setup.

6. Try to print the documents now.
