    UPSC Admit Card 2022

    The UPSC 2022 admit card release dates will be updated as soon as they are available. But, for now, I’ve shared the admit card-related dates of the 2021 Mains exam with you to give you a basic sense of the dates.

    Before we go any further, I’d like to draw your attention to the fact that the UPSC admit card for the 2021 Mains test, which will be held from January 7th to January 7th, 2022, was issued on the UPSC’s official website on December 17th, 2021.

    The UPSC admit cards are all electronic. That is, it will not be mailed to you; instead, you will need to download it from the UPSC’s official website and print it.

    1 Steps to Download Admit Card:
    1.1 Special Scenario:

    Steps to Download Admit Card:  

    Step 1: To download your UPSC admit card you need to first go over to upsc.gov.in and click on the “Admit Cards” link on the right side of the page. You can also choose to go to upsconline.nic.in and click on the link called, “E-Admit Cards for various examinations of UPSC”.  

    Step 2: You will then be redirected to a page where there is a list of the various UPSC exams for which e-admit cards are available. Apart from the ones for the exams, e-admit cards are also issued for various recruitment posts and e-summons by the UPSC. 

    Step 3: Next comes the step where you click on the link called civil services mains exams (for the particular year) to download your IAS mains admit card. 

    Step 4: Before you are able to download your admit card, you will be asked to enter your roll no. or registration Id for the UPSC mains. 

    Step 5: The admit card will then open as a PDF. Download it and then take a print out of it. You’ll need to carry the admit card to your mains exam center in order to be able to sit for all the mains papers.  

    Special Scenario: 

    If in case you have forgotten your registration Id for the mains, you can click on the “forgot RID” option and enter the required details (Name, Mother’s & Father’s name, and your Date of Birth), then submit to view your registration ID.
